Families may receive reimbursement for one Grand Theatre Arts Class per semester with the

Principal’s pre-approval.

Required Documents for Reimbursement:

  • Select the arts class that you would like your child to take
  • Fill out the reimbursement form and obtain the principal’s pre-approval
  • Provide a copy of the Grand Theatre arts class registration form
  • Provide a copy of the attendance verification that will be provided by the Grand Theatre at the completion of the class (child must complete the arts class in order for reimbursement to be approved)
  • Provide an original receipt for payment of the arts classes
  • Arts classes in the area of music, voice, and private music lesson are not reimbursable. Delta Home Charter does not reimburse for additional supplies or uniforms required for arts classes taken through the Grand Theatre
